Working across law and political science, Daniel Wincott is an expert in UK devolution, the territorial constitution, public attitudes, comparative territorial politics and social policy, including the UK ‘Internal Market’ and Brexit/Covid impacts on territorial governance and inequalities/‘levelling up’. He directs the ESRC’s interdisciplinary Governance after Brexit research programme and is Research Director of The UK in a Changing Europe. He a member of the ESRC’s Strategic Advisory Network.
