Dr. Koumenta is a Senior Lecturer in Work & Labour Market Analysis at Queen Mary, University of London. Her research activities are in the fields of labour economics and labour market policy. She works on themes relating to pay, pay inequality, employment, non-standard forms of work and labour market institutions. She has led various projects funded by the UK government and the EU, and has provided policy advice to the Treasury, BEIS, parliamentary committees, the EU, the World Bank and the OECD.
