
Elias Naumann is a post-doctoral researcher at GESIS-Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences and external fellow at the Mannheim Center for European Social Research. In 2019-20, Naumann was a JFK Memorial Fellow at the Center for European Studies at Harvard University and spent 4 months as a Visiting Research Fellow at the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies the European University Institute in Florence in 2016.
Naumann’s research interests are related to political sociology, comparative political economy, welfare state preferences, and survey methodology. One main contribution of his work is the use of innovative (experimental) research designs to study attitude change.
