Morten is a macroeconomist who has interests both in applied macroeconomics and in macroeconomic theory. Recent work has been concerned with a wide range of topics surrounding monetary and fiscal policy, aggregate business cycles, inequality and incomplete markets, and using external instruments for identification in macroeconometrics. I am a professor of economics at University College London, research fellow of the CEPR, board member of the Danish National Research Foundation and a founding member of VMACS.
