Vimal Balasubramaniam is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the School of Economics and Finance, Queen Mary University of London. His main areas of research interest are household finance, behavioural finance and empirical asset pricing. He has a BA in Economics from University of Madras, a Masters in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore, and a PhD in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford.
