Anna works as a Behavioural Scientist at Lloyds Banking Group. She has a PhD in Psychology from the University of Warwick. She has an interest in generating behavioural insights from financial data. Previously, her research focused on estimating carbon footprints and understanding financial wellbeing from transactional data.
