Rory Allanson is a PhD student at the University of Strathclyde, and associate of the Fraser of Allander Institute (FAI). Rory’s research background is in health and experimental economics, with his current research interests primarily in welfare economics and casual inference. His ongoing work examines state Paid Family Leave policies, the Supplementary Nutrition Assistance Program, and UK prison mentoring programmes (joint work with the FAI).
