Andrew Henley is Professor of Entrepreneurship and Economics at Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University. He has published extensively on labour economics, regional economics and on small business and entrepreneurship, He is a member of the project teams for both the ESRC Productivity Insights Network and the ESRC Productivity Institute, as well as co-investigator on a current ESRC project on the impact of COVID on self-employment. He has a long and extensive record of policy and business engagement in Wales.
